Bettersize Particle Size Analyzers – Optimizing Paint & Ink Fineness
At the exhibition, Bettersize's laser particle size analyzers attracted significant attention from R&D engineers due to their ability to precisely control fineness—a critical factor determining the gloss and hiding power of coatings.

•  Ultra-wide measuring range: Accurately analyzes particles from nano to micron scales (suitable for both dry and wet dispersion).

•  High accuracy: Advanced dual-lens technology helps standardize pigment particles and emulsion dispersion.

 

Q-Lab Weathering & Corrosion Testers – Guaranteeing Weatherability and Durability
NQA also introduced accelerated weathering and corrosion testing solutions from Q-Lab (USA), allowing paint manufacturers to rapidly evaluate material durability after years of outdoor exposure:

• QUV Accelerated Weathering Tester: Simulates the damaging effects of short-wave ultraviolet (UV) light combined with moisture condensation cycles and water spray. It quickly detects cracking, peeling, loss of gloss, and chalking of coatings.

•  Q-SUN Xenon Arc Test Chamber: Reproduces full-spectrum sunlight integrated with water spray for thermal shock. This is the ultimate solution for testing the colorfastness and fading resistance of premium coatings and inks.
